Saw a deer today as we were leaving Prince Rupert. He was standing at a corner looking as if he was not sure which way to go. Hope he made it home safely!
We drove through mountains today but she says the driving was not too bad. Saw a fox along the way. You could really see the damage being done by a beetle infestation. They have done well with controlling forestfire damage only to lose the trees to the beetle.
Stopped at a campsite for the night.
