Leaving Home

We left Charlottetown around 10:30 am and headed for the Confederation bridge. We ran into fog in Crapaud so saw little from the bridge and couldn't get any good pictures. This is all we could see.

We took Route 16 to Sackville. Stopped at the marches. Actually stopped at the Information Centre and learned we were there. There weren't many birds around as it was mid-day by then and they were resting I guess. We only saw this lone swimmer. It is a beautiful spot though, don't you think?

Then off to Route 106 through Dorchester, right on by the Penitentiary and through Memramcook. We switchd to Route 2 and then 132 into Dieppe. We stopped and took a short walk on the TransCanada Trail and I had my picture taken in front of the Pavilion.

This little family was floating along with the tide in Moncton. Nice way to spend the afternoon
We then headed out on Route 114 to Fundy National Park and the Chignecto Campgrounds.A long hot day and I'm pooped!
This was a day of lots of green, blooming lilacs and apple blossoms. We both slept in the car. There wasn't much room with all the stuff so I had to sleep on my cushion of the floor.
